I'm in Australia but don't have the option to purchase protection. What can I do?

This can happen if your phone is set to a different Region or Language other than Australia. You will need to create a new account after checking that your phone has the correct set-up.

If you're on Android, check your Language settings:

  1. Log out of the application
  2. Kill the application on your phone
  3. Set the phone Language to the English (AU) - if this is already set, change to any other language and then back to English (AU)
  4. Launch Trov
  5. Create a new account using your preferred email address

If you're on iOS, check your Region settings:

  1. Log out of the application
  2. Kill the application on your phone
  3. Change phone Region to Australia - if already set, change to any other region and then back to Australia
  4. Launch Trov
  5. Create a new account using your preferred email address
