What happens if I lose my phone? Is my Trōv data secure?

Your Trōv is protected with a secure password of your choice. We recommend that you create an additional 4 digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) when creating your Trōv account or by going to your Settings. Users operating on a compatible device also have the option to create a Touch ID passcode which will allow them to access their Trōv using a fingerprint scan. Contact support@trov.com.au for any assistance resetting your passcode using another device.

We strongly recommend that you secure all your mobile devices with a passcode whether or not you have a Trōv account. A passcode on your device is the first line of defence to protect ALL your personal information. In the unfortunate situation where your phone is lost or stolen, we recommend you reset your Trōv passcode.
