To make a claim for a protected item, swipe right on a protected item from the My Trov or Feed View. You can also navigate to the item in the app and scroll down the screen until you see the "Make a Claim" option. Tap on that and you will be walked through the process of making your claim - you'll answer questions about what has happened, when, and where.
When you submit a claim, our experienced claims team may ask you to provide the following information on your item: proof of ownership, proof of damage or loss, and maybe a police report if theft occurred.
You can continue to submit claims for any items you previously had protected.
